I’m starting to realize that this week is going to be all about minis!

I’ve decided to sell a small batch of fully altered mini journals. due to the response of the last few I sold about a year ago – I want to keep you all in the loop for when they go up in my etsy shop! because I don’t really sell original artwork, the last time I sold altered minis they were gone in a matter of minutes.

today, I’m sharing mini journal #8 photos and a video tour! tomorrow, you’ll be able to check out mini journal #9 (both here on the blog, and again on my youtube channel). then these two minis (along with two others), will be on sale in my etsy shop THIS WEDNESDAY MORNING @ 9am PST!

stay tuned for another mini tomorrow, and be sure you’re ‘following’ my etsy shop for when they all go on sale wednesday…

***UPDATE: THESE MINIS ARE NOW ALL SOLD!***

I’m sure you’re wondering – where’s all the photos?! well, I filmed a full flip through of this mini journal and have posted it up on my youtube channel! I’ve been wanting to do journal and sketchbook ‘tours’ on my channel for a while, so I thought this might be a good way to test it out. it’s also something apparently you guys want to see too!

this fully completed mini is also now up for sale in my etsy shop…
have a wonderful weekend everyone!

I’ve started a series of miniature journals…

each one is handmade and about 2 inches in size. the interior pages begin as blank white watercolor paper. I then slowly transform them to look like my altered books. the minis are great to toss into my pencil bag or purse, and as a place to dump leftover paint or bits of ephemera.

I’m contemplating selling a few of these, and would love to hear what you think. until then, I’ll be posting completed ones and numbering them along the way…
